Augustin Tapia’s signature Nox AT10 is one of the best all-around rackets out there.
It has a “light” teardrop shape, falling somewhere between a round racket and a standard teardrop, which makes it super maneuverable, especially compared to standard teardrop and diamond format rackets.
To complicate padel racket selection, Nox inverts carbon fiber counts, so the 18K provides a pretty hard surface.
This combined with the new, denser HR3 core, gives the racket a medium-hard touch, which beginners and low-intermediates will find challenging. If this touch suits you though, it gives great control and power.
Of course, this racket is not designed for smashing, but versatility.
What you lose with the lack of weight in the head of the racket, you more than make up for with the maneuverability you get all around the court.
Sandblasted surface helps give decent spin, but will fade more quickly than 3D roughness.
The SmartStrap system is great for hygiene and wrist strap customization. And we’re already seeing other manufacturers, such as Babolat, catch on by implementing their own similar system. Kudos to Nox for figuring this out first.
Recommended for players seeking a racket with more punch than the ML10.
If you want a (softer) medium touch, or are a low-intermediate, go for the 12K.

Esto funciona para las personas que quieren un formato redondo, pero no quieren que el balón salga excesivamente y para quienes en el juego ofensivo no tienen la mayor fuerza, pero no quieren usar una raqueta más técnica para generar potencia.
La nueva raqueta de Augustin Tapia es un poco parecida a la de Frankenstein, con una superficie dura, un núcleo medio y una forma redonda que mantiene altos requisitos técnicos para un rendimiento eficaz.
Las excelentes sensaciones con esta raqueta han sido excelentes en el ataque, donde pudimos conseguir una gran potencia, pero no es una raqueta cómoda en defensa.
Excelente combinación de maniobrabilidad y salida de bola media-baja que me ayudó a defender las bolas bajas y lentas y, al mismo tiempo, me permitió bloquear fácilmente las bolas rápidas en la red.
Ideal para jugadores de nivel intermedio y avanzado. Permite a los jugadores atacantes atacar sin perder el control ni la maniobrabilidad.
