Performance

The new, second generation of the Babolat Jet Premuras have improved the already fantastically well-received shoes.

These shoes are designed for breathability and agility while maintaining adequate cushioning and a rigid exterior structure to protect your foot.

Starting from their breathability - Babolat has introduced vents to the underside of the sole as well as using a semi-transparent lightweight mesh on the upper.

This dramatically increases the shoe’s ability to air out the heat generated by your foot.

But you will not lack support.

The exterior stabilization rubbers have been raised, compared to the Jet Premura 1.

These lateral stabilization reinforcements wrap around the Matryx weave, a combination of polyamide fibers woven through the jacquard process.

This results in a sock that hugs your foot into the insole.

Babolat also introduced a padel-specific lacing that moves up the foot diagonally, which is designed to increase stability in padel’s rapid changes of direction.

The insole of the heel was designed with a layer of soft EVA foam to prevent shock to your heel when landing from jumps.

Lastly, the sole, a modified herringbone with high traction, was designed in collaboration with Michelin for 360 degree movement on sandy padel courts.

Though most players testing it on curled turf with limited sand didn't report problems with too much traction.

The subtle changes from the first version of the Jet Premura 1 has made a great shoe even better.

La Chiquita Padel

After playing with them for several weeks, I can assure you that these shoes perform highly in several regards: their lightness allows you to move with ease, the cushioning absorbs the impact on our jumps - the foot suffers much less, and lastly it has great traction. Its breathability also prevents overheating, which is something I personally appreciate a lot.

Mejora Tu Padel

I’ve tried these shoes for 1.5 months, and they are in my top 3 of all padel shoes. They are the lightest and most breathable shoes I’ve ever tried…in addition to being very comfortable.

Zona de Padel

Juan Lebron’s official shoe is Babolat’s most complete model and they’ve even released an official design for him this year. Great option for high competition players seeking durability and traction on the court. The female version, the Babolat Ritma, has the same features with a slightly altered design .

Babolat has made many changes in terms of the fabric and the lightness of the new Jet Premura. I’d like to highlight its flexibility, lightness and super breathability.
