Expert Reviews of the Black Crown Pitón 11 Soft
Versatile, inexpensive medium touch racket for beginners to advanced players looking a racket that is good in defense and decent in the attack
This is a very maneuverable racket, it weighs 365 grams. I thought it was could to be more difficult, but it handles still very well - less than the Babolat Air Veron, but still easy to handle.
Very large sweet spot
Very easy to play with racket with more power than it was advertised to have
In smashes, it surprised me, it had more power than I expected
In the front of the court, despite having a medium touch, I felt very secure with volleys, sometimes softer touch rackets can absorb the ball upon impact, especially when accelerating, but I didn’t have this problem with this racket
Enormous sweet spot, nearly the whole racket face, helps a lot with the aerial game, very hard to mishit.
I recommend this racket to intermediate players who are looking for a racket with a lot of comfort that helps in defense and for precise and powerful shots in the attack.
The hard touch and medium balance helps adding power to many different types of shots
Light and easy to maneuver, this helps you in defense when your opponent is putting pressure
The large sweet spot helps avoid errors when we don’t reach the ball at the proper moment and gives a lot of precision in lobs to get rid of pressure from our opponent
Eli Amatriain's new weapon for the new season on the World Padel Tour is a round-shaped racket with a medium touch. The surface of the racket is composed of hard 12K carbon fiber that with the EVA core creates a solid touch.
