Bullpadel’s intermediate Next line is composed of the Ionic and Axym models. These models both have surfaces made of a mixture of carbon fiber and fiberglass and MultiEVA cores, which grant them a great compromise between comfort, ease of play, power, and control.
They are also notably best buys, usually on sale for under €200.
This model has a round shape, similar to a teardrop, which creates a medium balance. Players will notice that its medium-soft touch results in the ball being absorbed slightly upon impact. This high ball output can help propel the ball across the net during low-speed shots but may result in a loss of power in smashes.
Reviewers note: the racket was tested in comparison with other control rackets - Metheora Dual, Adipower CTRL 3.2 - at 25°C.
“Absolutely a best buy… the racket has kidnapped me and, it may kidnap you too”
Hard to maneuver. Ok power. Best at medium speed due to its soft core and surface which absorbs the ball on fast swings. I lose control on fast balls due to the bounce effect. Sweet spot is very big and located slightly above the center of the racket face.
