How Does the Siux Electra ST2 perform?
Reviewers again unable to agree on whether Stupa's signature racket from Siux is better for offense or defense. As a top of the line Siux, it comes with ShockOut grips and dampeners for the racket face. The placement of the dampeners will have a dramatic impact on the balance.
While the surface is hard, the soft core brings the touch to a medium, which helped reviews defend the back of the court.
This 2023 version is notably softer than last year's. We did a detailed comparison here.

Expert Reviews of the Siux Electra ST2
In this new version of Stupa's racket, the surface has been softened slightly from 12K to 15K carbon. It is designed for an aggressive game.
This racket fits Stupa, who is aggressive, fast, and powerful - easy to play with this racket - ball jumps out from the net.
With viboras, I can feel the medium balance, but I feel that it is powerful enough.
On the court, I liked it a lot. I didn’t like the power of the ST1. This ST2 is faster and the maneuverability has remained good.
At the back of the court, you don’t need a lot of force to pass the ball
In the aerial game - it pushes but it is soft and elastic, so you need to continue your arm through the shot properly.
The sweet spot seems smaller than the ST1
Similar to last year’s model with a face that has gone from 12K to 15K carbon fiber, which softens the racket. I find it difficult to generate power with this racket. Easy to use in the back of the court due to the high ball output, feels much softer than the ST1. I know Stupa plays on the left, but I feel this racket suits a right-side player well. If I have to find issue with it, the medium-high sweet spot makes itself felt on the arm.
Aerial game: when I hit the ball properly, the ball has speed, but it’s hard to control from above due to its weight and the grip slipping. The power is not great. It’s not really a racket for smashes, it works better for rulos and viboras.
The medium-high sweet spot makes it self felt on the arm. Despite ours only weighing 359 grams, with the medium-high balance at 26.8 cm, this would really tire me out over a match. The rough surface easily adds spin. Like most top of the range rackets, it’s not easy to play with.
The sweet spot may be slightly larger than last year’s ST1, but don’t expect too much of a change.
