What is a groundstroke in padel?

Similar to classic tennis groundstrokes, but with a smaller motion and less wrist, padel groundstrokes are the family of classic forehand and backhand strokes hit from the back of the court from low to high across the body either before or after the wall. While in modern tennis these shots make or break a player, that is not the case for padel.
